I build teams that people genuinely want to work with - as well as products that solve real problems and earn customer loyalty.

I collaborate with leaders and product teams in building adaptability in a rapidly changing world by improving communication and turning collaboration into real teamwork. I support companies in implementing Product Culture Models, organisational (re)design, and change management processes that enable teams to operate with clarity, ownership and sustainable impact.

From an individual perspective, I also work closely with introverts helping them manage their energy, strengthen their voice and build confidence in high-demand environments.

I am an ICF-certified professional (ACC and the third one in Poland holding ACTC - Team Coaching). Outside of work, I do strength trainings, trail running and take long mindful walks.
