Dan founded the first Atlassian partner, Adaptavist, back in 2005 and grew it to 500 people globally with £100m in annual revenue, before moving onto help senior leadership teams help build better organisations. He has worked with teams in just about every sector, at every scale, all focussed on how we can build software better. He speaks on teams, tech, and the important of being human.
