Georgios Diamantopoulos is a pragmatic engineer with a unique ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable systems. As co-founder of Zero to MVP since 2019, Georgios and his team have built 25+ scalable systems by taking a holistic view of requirements, constraints, and sustainability. In parallel, his personal journey through the physical challenges of our industry led him to dive deep into health research - not as an outsider, but as someone living the same reality as every developer: the gradual physical toll of prolonged sitting, the cascade of adaptations our bodies make, and the realization that conventional wisdom about developer wellness misses the mark.
