My journey began in 2012, programming solutions for civil engineering and geodesy, and evolved into roles as a startup co-founder, mentor, and now Technical Tribe Lead. Along the way, I’ve blended my love for technology and psychology to empower teams to think like missionaries, not mercenaries.

Inspired by thought leaders like Marty Cagan and Ed Catmull, I’ve transformed delivery pipelines, fostered innovation, and helped engineers grow beyond the code. Leadership, for me, is about maximizing impact, nurturing growth, and leaving a legacy of trust and collaboration.

With nearly my entire career in FinTech, I’m now merging crypto with traditional banking, shaping the future of financial innovation—a transformation I’m proud to contribute to. My proudest achievements are not just the products I’ve built, but the people I’ve inspired to achieve their own success.
