Mark is passionate Software Craftsman with over 15 years of experience in the IT field. His experiences include both development and operations roles and in the last 5 years as a Software Architect. With his experiences on both sides of the DevOps spectrum Mark understands how important it is to design and build software that not only solves the business needs. The quality of observability, scalability, reliability and being able to turn knobs and levers are paramount to keep delivering business value.
