As the Deputy COO and Chief Innovation Officer at the Locarno Film Festival, one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious film festivals, she lead the structural, digital, and technological transformation of the organization, ensuring its sustainability, relevance, and excellence within the global film industry.
With a background in economics and a specialization in mastering design thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management, Simona brings the expertise to identify and solve complex problems, implement effective solutions, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
