Sonia Malik

Sonia is a Clinical Psychologist, Founder and Clinical Director. She is passionate about mental health and Neurodiversity, with a focus on improving working conditions in Tech, for everyone. Sonia currently works with tech companies to provide assessments, expert advice and training on how to adapt and improve working conditions for employees.

Sonia has developed several NHS mental health services from inception and has led therapy teams in the NHS and private sector, such as The Priory. She has a longstanding therapy practice in Central London treating a range of issues.
